WELCOMING CONGREGATION WORKSHOP SERIES
Held first and third Tuesdays of the month, 7-9 p.m.,
in the Stevens Room
In these workshops participants will learn more about the experiences of Bisexuals, Gays, Lesbians, and Transgender identifying persons in American society. Then, they will choose to work on becoming more welcoming (to the BGLT community) on an individual congregational, and/or community level, depending on the needs of the group and the congregation. It is an important piece of awareness that nests in our anti-oppression and social justice work. Join us, and no matter what your affectional ties, you are guaranteed to learn something new. The series is appropriate for Adults and Youth.
